Catching up

So much has happened in the past few weeks that I have not written about, so here's a "catch-all" post...

Our Peanut had a great birthday, and we had lots of fun bowling with the fam.

She had been saying for weeks that she wanted a horse cake, so after I baked a 9x13 cake, Hubby came up with this idea:
He used graham crackers for the barn and marshmallows and pretzels for the fence. How awesome!
I've also been trying to get some 3-year pics of Peanut...not sure which one I like the most. Any opinions?

In other news...my little bruiser is now 3 months old...where has the time gone?! He's over 16 pounds and is still growing. Besides the frequent spitting up and crying (I'm cutting out the dairy now), he's been so much fun and is my little love-bug. :o)

Enjoy today!

Love all the photos, but my favs are #2 & #5. Think we could arrange a marriage between her and Tyler? She's such a cutie!

Your little man is adorable too! He is getting so big! I have a BIG, adorable (I'm not bias, am I?) little man myself. Parker is up to 21 lbs. at 4 months!

And, that cake! Wow! Perhaps Curt should go into cake decorating. I'm impressed!

I agree, numbers 2 and 5 are my favorites! Your son is so big and cute...he looks so happy and I hope he is like that for you most of the time, LOL. The cake is creative, too!

16 lbs at 3 months!?! Holy heck, he is a big boy! And in 6 month clothes?! I would definitely be counting on him to finance your retirement via football, basketball, etc. ;-) Ha!

PS- Your post about the working/stay at home Mom's couldn't be more right on! Do what works for you. It's the only way to stay sane! So here's a big pat on your back for makin' it all happen! Keep up the good work!
